These terms apply to your use of fundivio.com (the “site”), the free value check, and any request for a full report. The site is operated by Your Real Name (“FUNDIVIO”, “we”, “us”). FUNDIVIO™ is our service mark. By using the site, or by ticking the box on the quote request form, you agree to these terms.
1. Information only
FUNDIVIO provides general information in the field of finance. The free value check applies a simple, published method to figures from a company’s public filings and a share price that you enter. A full report adds a written qualitative value investment analysis of a company.
2. Not advice
- Nothing on this site or in any report is investment, tax, accounting or legal advice.
- Nothing is a recommendation or an offer to buy, sell or hold any security, or a prediction of any price or return.
- We do not know your finances, goals or circumstances, and nothing we provide is tailored to you.
- Using the site or requesting a report does not create an adviser–client, fiduciary, attorney–client or similar relationship.
3. Sources and accuracy
Figures come from filings made by companies to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and are read by software. They can be incomplete, out of date, restated, or wrong. The method is a simplification: it counts assets at their accounting value and leaves out much that matters to a business. Results also depend on the share price you enter. Check anything important against the original filing, which each result links to.
4. Analysis in full reports
The scores and written analysis in a full report are qualitative. They reflect our reading of public information at the time we write them. They are not facts, predictions or guarantees, they are not recommendations, and reasonable people can reach different conclusions from the same information.
5. Quotes and reports
- A quote request is not an order. We reply by email with a price and a delivery time. This site does not collect payment.
- We may decline any request.
- A report is for your own use. Please do not copy it, resell it or republish it.
6. Your responsibility
Any decision you make is yours. Speak to a licensed professional before making financial decisions. Investing involves risk, including the loss of money.
7. No warranty
The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any promise that they will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.
8. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, FUNDIVIO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions made using the site or a report, including investment losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the report in question.
9. Ownership and fair use
The FUNDIVIO name and mark, the design of the site and the text of reports belong to us. Company filings are public records. You may use the free value check for your own purposes. Please do not overload the site, use automated tools to pull large amounts of data from it, or try to disrupt it.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date and version above show the current text. When you send a quote request we record the version you agreed to.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Your State, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Privacy
What we collect
- Free value check. The ticker you enter is sent to our server so it can look up the company. The share price you enter stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
- Quote requests. Your name, email address, the ticker, any note you add, the time of the request, and the version of these terms you agreed to.
- Server logs. Like most sites, our web server records technical details of each visit, such as IP address, time and page requested, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use quote request details to reply to you and prepare your report. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. We share it only with the providers needed to run the site (our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services) or where the law requires.
Cookies and third parties
The site does not use cookies or analytics. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep quote request details for as long as needed to handle your request and keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete them by writing to you@example.com.

The site is not meant for people under 18.
